Vicki Nasman

Chief Operating Officer and President

As President, Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chair of the Board, Vicki brings an extensive leadership background of over 31 years with the State of California Employment Development Department (EDD). Her experience spans from managing staff, programs and projects in a singular office, to managing integrated employment and training centers with local colleges, community based organizations and for profit partners. Accepting the position of Workforce Development Deputy Division Chief for the EDD for the Inland Empire Region, (Riverside and San Bernardino Counties) she broadened her span of management where she focused on operational budgetary constraints, personnel management, training and staff development. Vicki has served on the Riverside County Workforce Investment Board and San Bernardino County Workforce Development Board. She also served on the South Orange County Community Services Council. She is an expert in Workforce Development Policies and Practices with working knowledge of Unemployment Insurance and Labor Market Information. In addition to her current role with The Affinity Advisory Group, she continues to leverage her well-honed skills to several volunteer organizations. Victoria attended the University of San Diego where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.


Steve Nasman

Senior Managing Director

Steve Nasman brings over 30 years in banking which includes senior leadership roles directing mortgage and consumer lending teams, private lending, portfolio management and credit management. His background includes both the development and implementation of broad based bank products all geared toward driving revenue while still exceeding peer operational and compliance standards. An expert in operations and procedures, Steve has led large cross-functional teams to success in supporting mortgage, card services, consumer loan sales and loan operations. He is also adept in preparing detailed analysis for both prospective and existing credit facilities, building loan portfolios, credit quality analysis, audit and managing credit risk. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and a Masters of Business Administration from the American Graduate School of International Management.

Director of Credit and Servicing Administration

With over 30 years of experience in banking, Pat brings a tremendous background to the Affinity team. She has been a leader in a number of banking operations positions as well as in lending. Further, Pat brings with her strong underwriting and analysis capabilities. Customer-focused, with an eye toward excellence, Pat has also developed a number of training and sales programs designed to develop educated and motivated leaders who achieve company priorities including aggressive sales with high credit quality origination. Her extensive knowledge base comes from her experience with a variety of banking institutions, from large commercial banks to community and neighborhood lenders. Pat has exceptional strength in small business development and in today’s stringent regulatory environment she strives to ensure that our clients are fully in compliance. A native of New York and a longtime resident of Connecticut, Pat currently splits her time between both Coasts. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Connecticut. Pat stands ready to help you meet your institution’s financial goals.

Annual Business Loan Review Team Leader

Kyle brings strong skills in communication, organization, and creativity to The Affinity Advisory Group. He is currently a Business Marketing major at Los Angeles Harbor College with hopes to transfer to California State University Long Beach, College of Business Administration. Before his college academic career, he took a training course for extra high school credit in bank teller training at Bank of America via Los Angeles Unified School District’s Regional Occupations Program. After graduating high school he found a job at a tax firm as a file clerk. On weekends, he volunteers as a family genealogy researcher and docent at the Japanese American National Museum in the Little Tokyo District in Downtown Los Angeles and serves on museums Volunteer Leadership Council as a representative to address issues and resolutions within the volunteer core.
